Beautiful villa in traditional Ibiza style, located in the countryside on the outskirts of Santa Eulalia, in a very peaceful setting, ideal for families wishing to experience harmony with nature. It is situated just 8 minutes from Santa Eulalia and the hippie market Las Dalias in the picturesque village of San Carlos.
On the ground floor of the house, there is a living room with a television, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room. Three bedrooms, two of them with twin beds and one with a double bed. All these rooms have a bathroom, television, and air conditioning.
On the top floor, there is the fourth bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has a small balcony and an office, which is accessed through this balcony.
In the exterior there is a large fenced swimming pool, perfect for families with children. Charcoal barbecue, outdoor dining area and several rest areas. Ping pong table and two game rooms, one of them with a billiards table.
It also has WiFi throughout the house, its own parking and an alarm system.
The final cleaning is included in the price.
