In a quiet area, but with easy access to restaurants in San Carlos and some of the coves in Santa Eulalia.
The property features an elegant and spacious living room bathed in natural light, a cosy dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, designed with exquisite artisan finishes that combine functionality and style.
It has a total of six rooms: five of them double with 180 x 200 cm beds (convertible to single beds upon request) and an additional room with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy during the stay.
Outside we will find a wide terrace with a table for 12 people, a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, an annex with a 2x2 m Balinese bed perfect for disconnecting and sunbathing, and a barbecue. With the garden quite well-maintained, full of different types of trees such as: Lemon trees, almond trees, lawn, carob trees, orange trees, centenary olive trees, among others.
The views open to the countryside and mountains plus the tranquillity of the surroundings turn Villa Calma into a refuge of absolute peace.

A magnificent villa with total privacy facing the sea, on the outskirts of Santa Eulalia, 15 minutes walking from the centre and with direct access to the sea.
The typical Ibizan architecture is combined with Moroccan elements, making it a truly charming property. It has 6 bedrooms with en-suite shower bathrooms, distributed in two buildings: 5 bedrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom in the independent annex. All bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning. The spacious outdoor area includes several terraces on 2 levels, a large pool with a diving board, barbecue, fish pond and several chill-out areas for guests to completely relax. There is also a Balinese bed to protect from the midday sun or have a drink at night.
Through the garden gate, you access the coastal path with stairs that descend to the sea. Cala Pada and Niu Blau beaches are just a 5-minute walk along the coast and offer a selection of bars and restaurants. The villa is also an ideal place for events, weddings, yoga retreats, corporate meetings, or seminars thanks to its layout and independent entrances to the rooms, separate from the main house. The large 16 x 5 m swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful terrace with numerous sun loungers and umbrellas. Next to the pool, there is a covered area with a ping pong table and foosball table.
The gardens, ideal for activities, include palm trees, fruit trees, a wide lawn area, colourful flowers and cacti. Next to the main terrace there is a large Argentine-style barbecue.
The cost of the final cleaning is €550 (not included).

There are four bedrooms, two of them with an en-suite bathroom, and the other two share a bathroom with a shower. The property also has a cosy living room, an independent kitchen and a dining room.
In the independent annex are the other two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shared shower, ideal for families with children.
The outdoor area is designed for relaxation, with a spacious covered terrace with wooden beams, chill-out areas with comfortable sofas and oriental-style lamps. The outdoor dining area is equipped with a large solid wood table that directly connects to the swimming pool.
All rooms have air conditioning.
