With a habitable surface area of 400 m², the house is distributed over two floors with capacity for 8 people.

On the ground floor there is a spacious and bright living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a shower with hydromassage, air conditioning and access to a terrace with sea views; also a guest bathroom.

On the first floor are the other 3 bedrooms. The main suite has a 180x200 cm bed, air conditioning, a large bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and separate shower, access to the terrace to enjoy the impressive sea views. The third bedroom has a 160x200 cm bed, separate hydromassage shower, air conditioning and access to the terrace. The fourth room has a 160x200 cm bed, bathroom with hydromassage bathtub, air conditioning and a terrace with impressive views. From all rooms, clear sea views are enjoyed; each bedroom has private access to terraces or balconies, which provides a constant sense of connection with the surroundings.

The exterior offers several terraces, one of them covered with a dining area, as well as a spacious garden and a beautiful pond. Another of the villa's best spots is its spectacular swimming pool, and a beautiful waterfall accompanied by sun loungers and umbrellas to fully enjoy the sun.

Thanks to its privileged location, all services in Santa Eulalia are accessible by car within a few minutes, such as: beaches, restaurants, shops, bars and supermarkets.

Villa Lily is a beautiful property that has been recently renovated. It is located just a few minutes by car from Santa Eulalia, one of the most peaceful areas of Ibiza, and only 14 minutes from the village of San Carlos and its most famous hippie market; Las Dalias.

It is distributed on a single floor and has a cosy living-dining room with plenty of light thanks to its large windows that provide access to the pool area. Open kitchen connected to the living-dining room and equipped with top-quality appliances. In the hallway, there is a toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

It has a total of three double bedrooms, the first with a double bed, air conditioning and shower, with no toilet. The second and third bedrooms have a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower. All beds are set up as double beds and can be separated into two individual beds, only upon prior request. Additionally, they have mosquito nets on the windows and opaque curtains that do not let light through.

In the outdoor area, the villa has a charming garden, a sauna with capacity for six people, a small saltwater pool with a depth of 1.80m and several chill out areas to relax and enjoy the sun. Additionally, it features an outdoor shower and, on the roof, two additional chill out areas with capacity for 4 people from where you can enjoy beautiful views.
