Beautiful traditional Ibizan style estate of 350m2, very well maintained and decorated with excellent taste. It has a total of 5 bedrooms and capacity for 9 guests. It is located in a quiet valley, between the towns of Santa Gertrudis and Santa Eulalia, surrounded by countryside and pine forests.
The house has a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with exterior exit, pantry and a laundry room. On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower recently renovated, two bedrooms with double beds and another with a single bed. Three of the bedrooms share an independent bathroom with shower. On the second floor, the main suite is located and has a four-poster bed, balcony with views of the garden and pool and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
The outdoor area has an impressive garden with various plants and fruit trees, an outdoor dining area under a porch, gas barbecue, a large saltwater pool, Balinese bed, sun loungers, and parasols.
The house is also equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, wifi, alarm, safe, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
The final cleaning is included in the price.
