Description
Located just a few minutes by car from the incredible Cala Tarida beach, this beautiful Ibizan-style villa has been recently renovated and can accommodate up to 5 people. It is situated in a quiet residential area surrounded by pine trees and just a few minutes walking distance from one of the best traditional Ibizan restaurants; S'Espartar.
The villa is distributed as follows:
Main house, where the 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a living room with TV are located.
An independent annex to the house, located at the back of the main house, which houses the fully equipped kitchen, and two dining areas: an indoor dining room and an outdoor dining room.
In the exterior, there is a 5 x 8m swimming pool, a chill-out area next to the pool, with views of the sea and the sunset from this area. At the back of the house, next to the kitchen annex, there is a wooden treehouse ideal for children.
The villa has air conditioning in all rooms.
The price includes: final cleaning and 2 hours of cleaning on Wednesdays with change of towels.

- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
