On the ground floor, there is a large living room and a spacious dining area open to a fully equipped modern kitchen. One bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom with two single beds of 90 x 200cm, with en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor, the third bedroom with a 150 x 200cm bed, en suite bathroom with shower and a balcony with beautiful views of the mountain and the pool.
Outside, there is a porch with comfortable sofas for relaxing, a covered barbecue, and a dining area for 6 diners, as well as a 5 x 10m pool on a terrace with a spacious solarium area, furnished with teak loungers and umbrellas.
The price includes the final cleaning.
