In the exterior area, there is an annex, which also has two en-suite rooms, separated by a door to maintain independence and privacy. One of the rooms has a double bed, and the other has two single beds.

The exterior of the villa invites rest and disconnection. The swimming pool, surrounded by trees and nature, creates an atmosphere of absolute tranquillity, ideal for relaxing under the sunenjoying a perfect day with familyfriends.

The final cleaning of 360 € is not included in the price.

Outside are two independent en suite bedrooms, perfect for offering privacy. In this area there is also a small outdoor gym.

Ground floor:
In this area is located the fourth en suite room, ideal for those who value a more reserved environment. It has a terrace and is surrounded by nature, which helps to create an even more pleasant atmosphere. Designed to offer a comfortable and complete stay, the villa has a garden, equipped terrace, private pool, alarm system and air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
