Description
Charming typical Ibizan house is located on a small hill on a 15,000 m2 plot in the countryside with the convenience of being only 400 meters from the town of San José. It was built in the 18th century and has been carefully restored, preserving representative architectural elements and characteristics of Ibizan culture. Its high ceilings, spacious rooms, and thick stone walls provide the ideal indoor temperature in any season.
The villa features a living room with a 42' TV, dining area with a large table in the kitchen area, fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom with a 160 x 200cm bed with air conditioning. Another bedroom with two single beds of 90 x 200cm equipped with a fan, no air conditioning. And a shared bathroom with a double shower.
On the upper floor, the third bedroom with a 160 x 200cm bed, air conditioning, balcony with views of the pool, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
In the exterior, there is a room with a washing machine and ironing board, a 5.5 x 12m pool with a natural salt cleaning system (chlorine-free). Webber gas barbecue. Covered gazebo with table and benches and Webber gas griddle. Covered gazebo with table and benches next to the pool. 350m2 lawn area with a Balinese bed with cushions.
The price includes the final cleaning.

Cosy and beautiful villa of 274 m2, located in Cala de Bou, in a quiet urbanisation, well connected as it is close to a main avenue that connects the entire area, but without annoying noise.
A few minutes by car from San Antonio and the best coves on the west of the island, supermarkets and restaurants. Perfect for those travelling with family or friends and looking for a complete place to rest and enjoy the island to the fullest.
On the ground floor, we find a bright living-dining room with direct access to the porches that border the pool and one of the chill-out areas. The main porch, with an outdoor dining area and a sitting area with views of the pool and the other two chill-out zones, provides pleasant shade for most of the day.

Both rooms have direct and independent access to a spacious 90 m2 solarium terrace where you can sunbathe or enjoy the views.
In the exterior, the villa offers a beautiful garden designed mainly with tropical and native plants, three chill out areas, a fully outdoor dining area and a 10 m long saltwater swimming pool with a hydromassage waterfall, ideal for relaxing.
