Cosy and beautiful villa of 274 m2, located in Cala de Bou, in a quiet urbanisation, well connected as it is close to a main avenue that connects the entire area, but without annoying noise.
A few minutes by car from San Antonio and the best coves on the west of the island, supermarkets and restaurants. Perfect for those travelling with family or friends and looking for a complete place to rest and enjoy the island to the fullest.
On the ground floor, we find a bright living-dining room with direct access to the porches that border the pool and one of the chill-out areas. The main porch, with an outdoor dining area and a sitting area with views of the pool and the other two chill-out zones, provides pleasant shade for most of the day.
From the living room, you access a reception area that distributes two bedrooms and a spacious shared full bathroom with a bathtub. Both bedrooms consist of two single beds, with the possibility of joining them as a double bed upon prior request.
On the same floor, there is a fully equipped independent kitchen and the laundry area (the washing machine has an ecological cleaning system with ozone, Lotis Eco, which practically does not require soap or fabric softener).
On the upper floor is the main bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds (also with the option of joining as a double bed upon request) and its respective bathroom with shower. Both rooms have direct and independent access to a spacious 90 m2 solarium terrace where you can sunbathe or enjoy the views.
In the exterior, the villa offers a beautiful garden designed mainly with tropical and native plants, three chill out areas, a fully outdoor dining area and a 10 m long saltwater swimming pool with a hydromassage waterfall, ideal for relaxing.
The house has softened water, much healthier for the skin and hair, perfect for daily use.
The price includes the final cleaning.
