Can Sky is a unique villa situated 260 metres above sea level, in the municipality of San José. It is the third highest villa in Ibiza, which provides it with a privileged location, with complete privacy and impressive panoramic views. It has capacity for a total of 6 guests, distributed across 3 bedrooms, and features a private pool, several terraces, an outdoor dining area under the porch, a cosy open-air lounge and a gas barbecue.
Surrounded by pine forest, the villa offers a panoramic view that extends over the Ses Salinas Natural Reserve and, on a clear day, as far as Formentera.
Built following the authentic tradition of Ibizan estates, with whitewashed walls, natural stone terraces and rustic wooden beams, the property has been carefully restored and modernised, whilst preserving its original character. It operates entirely on solar energy, 100% disconnected from the mains electricity grid.
On the ground floor there is an open-plan lounge-dining room with American kitchen, without air conditioning, as well as a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with shower located in the hallway. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, both with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms with showers. These bedrooms are connected via an internal door linking them and one of them also has independent access from outside, offering greater flexibility according to guests' needs.
Access to Can Sky is via 2.5 km of natural unpaved track surrounded by nature, offering some of the most spectacular views on the island. Please note that a 4x4 or SUV is necessary to access the villa, as the track is steep and unpaved.
The final cleaning of €400 is not included in the price.
