Description
Spectacular luxury villa near one of the most charming towns in Ibiza, Sant Joan de Labritja, in the north of the island. The villa is located on a large plot of 25,000m2 with a pine forest, ancient farmlands, and fruit trees.
The villa has an area of 560m2, a spacious and bright living-dining room with access to the pool area and rear outdoor space of the house, a modern fully equipped independent kitchen. A total of 8 bedrooms, 6 of them with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each.
On the exterior, it features a 14 x 5m saltwater swimming pool and a jacuzzi, different chill-out areas, barbecue, outdoor cinema, orchard with seasonal fruits and vegetables, children's playground located in the private forest and a wooden treehouse next to the main house, a stable with a horse living on the property, a gym, and a Dome for doing yoga.
It has air conditioning, Sonos sound system, safe, washer and dryer.
And additionally, the following services:
-Cleaning service included (May 17 to September 19): Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 3 hours per day. Towel change twice a week and bed sheets once a week
-Cleaning service included (low season): Tuesday and Thursday, 3 hours per day. Towel and sheet change once a week.
Not included:
-Breakfast service upon prior request, please consult us for the price. There is also the option of breakfast with organic products.
Only 2025 season (from July 5 to August 30) prices include continental breakfast from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 10:30 am.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
