It has five spacious en-suite bedrooms, each with air conditioning, ideal for rest. The interior offers a spacious living room, which is perfect for sharing with family, and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped to prepare any meal.
Outside, the property surprises with stunning views of the Morna valley, a cosy terrace with a sabina wood roof, a table for ten diners, an outdoor kitchen and an infinity pool with the best views, creating a perfect environment to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and reconnect with nature.
The last section of access to the villa is via a dirt road, we recommend renting a vehicle as taxis/Uber do not usually reach this type of areas.

Villa Davros is a modern contemporary-style property of 480m2 on a plot of around 20,000m2, located in a quiet countryside area on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Santa Eulalia, but very well connected. Despite its rural surroundings, the villa enjoys a strategic location with quick access to main roads. Ibiza centre is about 15 minutes by car and the village of Santa Eulalia just 8 minutes by car.
The villa is distributed on a single floor and features a spacious and very bright living-dining room with large windows, satellite TV and direct access to the pool area, a fully equipped kitchen with Siemens appliances, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a total of 6 double suites, with beds that can be separated upon prior request. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, TV and safe.
Outside, there is a large porch with a dining area, a second kitchen, a charcoal barbecue, a toilet and a spectacular swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers with views of the countryside. In addition, it has a covered garage with capacity for 2 vehicles and several additional parking spaces within the grounds.
Cleaning service: 4 hours per day (except Sunday), with towel change mid-week and final cleaning included for 7-night bookings.
