Can Felix is a charming traditional Ibizan farmhouse with a total of 5 bedrooms and capacity for 11 people in a rural area of 21 hectares of land surrounded by pine trees, home to turtle doves and stone curlews. This beautiful farmhouse is located near the small village of Forada, just 5.8 km from San Rafael, 6.6 km from San Antonio, 8.2 km from Santa Gertrudis and 12.1 km from the city of Ibiza. The village of Forada offers a bar, a restaurant, a church, a shop and an art gallery. The house operates with solar and wind energy, with an emergency generator for greater reliability.
The house has a living room on two levels, with sofas on both. Going up some stairs you find the other part of the living room which gives access to a terrace with beautiful views. The main dining room, which connects to all the rooms and a small terrace on the porch, has a large table. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a terrace with a large table perfect for meals under the apricot tree. Next to the kitchen, there is also a laundry room with a washing machine. There are 4 double bedrooms and one triple room with three single beds and access to the entrance porch.
On the outside, the property has a large swimming pool of 5 x 12m, sun loungers and a dining area under a wooden pergola.
The house is equipped with a safe, alarm and fire alarm. There is no air conditioning, but all bedrooms and living rooms have fans.
Access to the property is via a dirt road, so it is recommended to rent a 4x4 or SUV, as taxis or Uber do not usually reach this type of rural areas.
Central heating charges apply during the winter months.
