Description
Built in 2017 with an Ibizan style, Villa Can Miguel consists of two floors and a total of 5 bedrooms. It is located on an 8,000m2 plot enclosed by a fence in an elevated position surrounded by nature and close to the road that connects San Miguel and San Juan.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the covered terrace, to the left is the kitchen, which also has access to the outdoor terrace. The kitchen has a pantry and a breakfast table. On this floor, there is a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 180 cm joined to form a large double bed, air conditioning. In the hallway, there is a shared bathroom with a bathtub. The laundry room with washing machine and dryer is located in the basement.
On the first floor there is a lounge with TV with access to a terrace. The main bedroom with a double bed, dressing room, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Two bedrooms both with 2 beds of 90 x 180cm and ceiling fan (they do not have air conditioning). And the fifth bedroom with a 150 x 180cm bed and air conditioning. And a bathroom with a bathtub shared between the three bedrooms located in the hallway.
Outside there is a covered terrace with savina beams, a large dining table and a ping-pong table. Going down some stairs, you will find the barbecue and the 11 x 5m swimming pool with a Balinese bed and sun loungers. From the pool area, you can contemplate the Church of San Miguel and the sea in the background, as well as some beautiful sunsets between the mountains.
The price includes the final cleaning.
