This magnificent villa in traditional style is located in a very peaceful area, with spectacular views of the mountains. It is situated just 3.8 km from the town of San Rafael and 5.7 km from Santa Gertrudis.

The villa has a total of 6 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 12 guests, and is divided into two floors:

Main floor:
It features a fully equipped independent kitchen, which includes a dining area with capacity for 12 diners. A cosy and bright living room with direct access to a spacious terrace from where you can enjoy impressive views of the mountains and the pool. It also offers an indoor dining room with capacity for 14 diners.
On this floor there are 5 bedrooms, 4 double bedrooms, and a suite bedroom. Three of which —including a suite bedroom— have direct access to the shared terrace with the living room. Some of the bedrooms share a bathroom.

Ground floor:
A suite bedroom with access to the pool. This area is designed for entertainment and wellness. It features a games zone equipped with a ping-pong table and table football, as well as a fitness zone with a treadmill, stationary bike, exercise mats, rowing machine, and dumbbells. Additionally, it includes an industrial 5-door fridge-freezer in addition to the one in the main kitchen.

Exteriors:
The spectacular 12 x 6 metre swimming pool offers the ideal place to relax in the sun. It is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, Balinese beds and an outdoor chill-out area.
It also has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen which also features a charcoal barbecue, refrigerator and dishwasher.
