Description
Villa Primavera is a beautiful villa that has been recently renovated and is located on a hill near the village of San Carlos. Its location is ideal as you can walk to the village, close to some of the most well-known restaurants in the area, the famous hippy market of Las Dalias and the new nightclub Akasha. By car, you can visit the spectacular beaches of Cala Llenya, Cala Nova and Aguas Blancas.
The property has four bedrooms, all with air conditioning.
House layout:
On the main floor, there is a cosy dining room and a very well-equipped open-plan kitchen. The main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is very bright thanks to its large windows with beautiful views.
On the upper floor there are a total of three bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A bedroom with a four-poster double bed and the last bedroom with two single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom located in the hallway. All bedrooms on this floor have access to a terrace.
The pool area has an outdoor dining area covered with seating capacity for 10-12 diners, a charcoal or gas barbecue (depending on the time of year) and a toilet. There is also a mini tennis court.
The final cleaning has an additional cost of 450 €, not included in the price.

- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
