It has been built on a natural rock base that integrates into the main entrance, located in the highest part of one of the most exclusive areas of the island, and just 10 minutes by car from the city of Ibiza. From there, impressive panoramic views can be appreciated, more than 180 degrees that encompass Formentera, the castle of Ibiza, the crystal-clear waters that create a beautiful landscape.
The property is approximately 585 m2 and is divided into two floors.
On the first floor, there is a large living room and dining room, a relaxation area, a fully equipped and integrated kitchen between the living room and the terrace, laundry area, pantry, courtesy toilet, and several terraces.
On the upper floor, there are four en-suite rooms with spacious beds, as well as a large viewing gallery with beautiful views and armchairs for reading or simply admiring the beauty of the island.

- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
