Description
In the heart of Ibiza, this beautiful two-storey villa is located, with approximately 720m2 built on a plot of 60,000m2, surrounded by fruit trees and native plants of the island, in a privileged setting, with total privacy and an unbeatable location, as it is just 8 minutes by car from Santa Eulalia and 15 minutes from Ibiza centre.
It was built in 2006 from an existing old villa. The owners wanted to maintain the style of the old dwelling that existed when they decided to carry out this villa, intended exclusively for holiday rental.
Finca Mayor has a total of six suites, all with their respective bathroom, air conditioning and television. A large high-ceilinged lounge with a library on the upper floor, fully equipped kitchen with dining room. Two exterior porches with views, a large swimming pool and a jacuzzi where you can relax. In the pool area, it also has a 120m2 poolhouse with a second kitchen, barbecue, air-conditioned lounge and two bathrooms with shower.
Cleaning service: 4 hours per day (except Sunday), with towel change mid-week and final cleaning included for 7-night bookings.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- Tourist tax not included.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Refund of security deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
- The keys must be picked up during the above mentioned hours only.
